1. Delivery Timeline

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Order Cut-off Time:
5:00 PM (CET). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time:
1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand: 6–9 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–12 business days depending on the destination

2. Shipping Rates

3. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

The fulfillment location is selected based on product availability and the shipping destination in order to provide the most efficient delivery service.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment confirmation. Customers can track their packages through the carrier’s website or the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.
