Return & Refund Policy

At Minkya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and fair return process.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging with all tags, ribbons, and labels attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Partial Refunds

Partial refunds or refusal of returns may occur in the following cases:

  • Items showing clear signs of use or assembly

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days

  • The refund will be applied to your original method of payment

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time (typically 3–7 business days) before the refund appears in your account.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary

6. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions can still be returned within our standard 30-day return period, unless the product page clearly states that the item is Final Sale.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are refused or not collected from the carrier may be subject to return shipping and handling fees, which may be deducted from the refund.
